Hanover Minor Ball Association
-the annual meeting of HMBA is to be held within two months following the end of the ball season
-the annual meeting announcement shall be advertised in the local newspaper two weeks prior to the meeting
-elected positions of HMBA shall be the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary, who shall be voted into position at the Annual General Meeting of HMBA. These four positions shall be considered voting members.
-appointed positions shall be at the discretion of the Executive and these appointed individuals shall be called Directors
-HMBA shall consist of the Executive members and up to maximum of 10 Directors
-Appointed Directors shall have voting privileges.
TERM OF OFFICE
-Elected and appointed positions shall hold for a one years term. All executive and director positions shall be eligible for reappointment.
-a meeting quorum shall consist of 50 percent of the Executive and directors
RIGHT TO VOTE
-at each meeting of the association , every executive member and director shall be entitled to one vote.
all questions will be decided by a simple majority vote
-in the event of a tie the chairperson will be granted a second, and deciding vote
