Refund Pick Up

Refund pick up is Tuesday, June 23, 2020 between 6-7:30 pm in the CARQUEST Parking lot (595 10th Street, Hanover).
In an effort to limit the number of people gathering at any one time, please arrive during your scheduled pick up time and REMAIN in your vehicle!


Please ENTER the CARQUEST Parking lot from the 10th street entrance, we will have two lanes for cars to pull into once in the parking lot and you will EXIT on 17th Avenue. 

6:00-6:30 Players’ Last name from A-H
6:30-7:00 Players’ Last name from I-Q
7:00-7:30 Players’ Last name from R-Z

If you are unable to pick up your cheque on this date, please contact an executive member. 
***if you paid via PayPal and used your credit card, you will be refunded by cheque and are required to come and pick it up.
