In Person Registration Thursday Night

In Person Registration will be available Thursday March 5 at the P&H Centre Spring Registration Night.   7-8:30 pm  in the Lions Den

Interested in paying Cash or cheque for this seasons registration fees follow the steps below:
1) complete the registration form online (There is no paper registration this year, forms need to be completed online, we will have a few ipads available for registration at the P&H Centre, but recommend you do this at home or from your phone prior to attending)

2) Attend the spring registration night Thursday March 5 from 7-8:30pm at the P& H Centre

3) Make your payment to Hanover Minor Baseball.......we will be collecting cash or cheque for the registration fee (varies upon age group) and mandatory fundraising fee ($40 per child) and you will be responsible for providing a separate post dated cheque or cash for the volunteer fee.   Volunteer fee is only cashed or kept if you do not do your hours and is $100 per family.


IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND THE SPRING REGISTRATION NIGHT AND HAVE COMPLETED A REGISTRATION FORM ONLINE, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED REGISTERED, and HMBA WILL NOT BE CONTACTING YOU TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS.

HanoverSpring Community Registration Night March 5 from 7-8:30 pm at the P&H Centre (cash or cheque) - [REGISTRATION FORM WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED ONLINE ON MARCH 5TH AND NOT BEFORE OR AFTER UNLESS YOU WISH TO PAY BY CREDITCARD OR PAYPAL. THIS NIGHT(MARCH 5TH) PROVIDES AN OPTION FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO PAY CASH OR CHEQUE, BUT IF YOU COMPLETE THE FORM ONLINE AND DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT DURING SPRING REGISTRATION NIGHT, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE VOID]

Online registration will be available on our website http://hanoverminorball.ca using Paypal only until March 24th

**There will be a late fee charged for any registrations after March 24thand registration will be upon availability only**

Tball     2015-2016         $60

U7 (Minor Rookie)    2013-2014 $90

+$25 late fee after registration date

U9 (Rookie)     2011-2012 $130                                                                              

U11 (Mosquito)     2009-2010 $150

U13 (PeeWee)     2007-2008 $170

U15 (Bantam)     2005-2006 $190

U18 (Midget)     2002-2004 $205

+$50 late fee after registration date


** Family rate: first 2 registrations full fee, third registration is at 25 % off (the youngest players registration fee) **

There will be a mandatory fundraising fee of $40 per player added to fees.

 $100 volunteer fee per family 

Watch for our spring warm up dates beginning April 20th (U11 to U18)
