In the event of bad weather and you have not cancelled your game:
If the diamond liners are not able to line the diamonds at 4:30pm due to rain or the diamond is too wet, a mass email will be send out to all coaches. In this case, if you wish to proceed with your game you are responsible for lining the diamond. If the town or the umpires deems the diamond unsafe to use, your game will be cancelled immediately.
